IMET Corporation President Elected to
Captain of Volunteer Fire Company
IMET Corporation President Joseph Petrella Jr. was re-elected to
the position of Captain of the Raritan Township Fire Company. A
volunteer fire department, the Raritan Township Fire company serves
25,000 residents in Hunterdon County, New Jersey responding on average
to 500 calls per year.
Mr. Petrella has served a total of 5 years in the department as
an active Firefighter, Driver/operator, Lieutenant, Captain, and
FAST (Firefighter Assist and Search Team) member. The position of
Captain includes responsibilities such as Incident Operations Command,
supervision of three Lieutenants, participation in apparatus design,
and the creation of a Training regimen.
